PolyMode is a student app for polytechnic GPA tracking, attendance, exam countdowns, and graduation planning. If you have questions about this policy, contact us using the details at the end of this page.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

• Module names, grades, credit units, attendance, exam dates, graduation date, goal GPA, and quick links
• Photos you choose from your library when importing a transcript or result slip

Sign in information

If you sign in, we use:

• Sign in with Apple (Apple may provide a user identifier and, on first sign in, your name or email if you allow it)
• Google Sign In (Google may provide your name and email according to your Google account settings)

Information stored on your device

Most data you enter stays on your iPhone using on device storage. We do not run our own cloud database for your GPA records unless we add that feature later and update this policy.

3. How we use your information

We use information to:

• Sign you in and show your display name
• Calculate GPA and run app features
• Read transcript images you select and extract module information
